The first type of video lessons is 4 videos: video body flexibility development course “Universal Development Course” consisting of three separate workouts. Each workout is designed for each level of initial flexibility of a single person.
Based on my teaching experience since 2009, I have divided three main types of “beginner” flexibility – that is, the flexibility with which people come to me, or with which they turn to me, wanting to buy a course: “zero”, “intermediate”, advanced”.
This type of course is specially adapted for these three main types of “initial” flexibility. The duration of each workout is from 45 minutes to 75 minutes. As a gift for this training course, you will receive a theoretical training of the entire methodology lasting an hour and a half.

The second type of video lessons is 5 videos: video course for the development of body flexibility “Flexibility in 5 days”. Five short workouts lasting an average of about 5-6 minutes. Aimed at the development of the mobility of different parts of the body every day, which will make the training process comfortable and relieve you of soreness the next day.
Includes 5 files: 5 workouts, for every day of the week with Saturday and Sunday days off. Recommended for “zero” and “medium” levels of “initial flexibility”. As a gift for this training course, you will receive a theoretical training of the entire methodology lasting an hour and a half.

Exclusive video course “SPLITS PACKAGE” created based on the method of the most flexible person on the planet, will help you quickly achieve your goal.
The course consists of 4 videos with a total duration of 68 minutes.
THE MOST IMPORTANT FILE IN THE “SPLITS PACKAGE” is the theoretical component of the stretching training. Without it, even the “MOST EFFECTIVE exercise” won’t be as beneficial as after reviewing this information. What makes an exercise effective is how you perform it—almost any exercise can be harmful if done incorrectly. After this video, you will understand everything.

Training “Passive BOTH splits” – light, safe, and effective exercises. Based on my coaching experience since 2009, I have selected the most effective “passive exercises” to prepare the body for active training. After the theory, watch this lesson.
Duration: 25 minutes.
Training “Active side splits.” This active workout or the next one, the sequence between them is not important, can be performed after watching the first two lessons.
Duration: 10 minutes.
Training “Active front splits.” This active workout or the previous one, the sequence between them is not important, can be performed after watching the first two lessons.
Duration: 22 minutes.
Summary: First, familiarize yourself with the theory, then several times (no more than once a day at the beginner level) perform “Passive splits – BOTH splits,” then either “Active front splits” or “Active side splits” one after the other, preferably on the same day. However, listen to your body’s condition and sensations – the sequence of the active workouts doesn’t matter.
