The method I use to teach flexibility online to my students is the same as what I learned from my teacher. The workouts consist of stretching the entire body and include elements of yoga, Pilates. You will not need any equipment for the workouts, so they can be done at any time and in any place convenient for you.
With my method and instruction, I will help you become more flexible and strong and help you lose weight.
“Correct” development of body flexibility and plasticity is also a key element in recovery after various injuries. Along with making you less susceptible to injuries in the future.
