Since 24.02.2022, I have been conducting all my training sessions online.
Since the method I use to help people become significantly more flexible doesn’t require the trainer’s physical assistance during the sessions, the online stretching training format helps everyone who wants to make their body more flexible, younger, and much healthier, as long as they dedicate 3 hours per week to our sessions.
