The Universal Flexibility Course consists of three separate workouts. Each workout is designed for each level of initial flexibility of a single person. Based on my teaching experience since 2009, I divide into three main types of “initial” flexibility – that is, the flexibility with which people come to me, or with which they turn to me, wanting to buy a course: “zero”, “intermediate”, advanced” . This type of course is specially adapted for these three main types of “initial” flexibility. The duration of each workout is from 45 minutes to 75 minutes. As a gift for this training course, you will receive a theoretical training of the entire methodology lasting an hour and a half.
