Pero no hay suficiente espacio para describir cómo, después de un entrenamiento diario durante 2-3 horas al día y aproximadamente la misma cantidad de tiempo en estiramientos pasivos, mis piernas y todo mi cuerpo me dolían tanto que podía caminar con dificultad (por fatiga y mareos) que quería dejar todo y volver a una oficina cálida en invierno y fresca en verano, y sentarme tranquilamente en la computadora y ganar, ya en ese momento, kilogramos caídos. Hubo un punto de inflexión en el que las dudas me invadieron tanto que ya estaba en camino de regreso por un boleto. Fue un curso intensivo sobre el desarrollo de la flexibilidad corporal. Y esta fue mi primera lección: no se puede estirar cómodamente a una persona que no es flexible.

Being a flexible person since childhood (doing dancing or gymnastics from the age of 2-3) does not remember being flexible and perceives the flexibility of the body as the norm and, often, such trainers injure their students, not calculating the tension force for a non-flexible person with his non-plastic body.
