I invite you to attend my exclusive regular group online trainings on the development of abilities and flexibility of your body according to the author's methodology of the most flexible person on the planet registered in the Guinness World Records.
The trainings take place on a regular basis three times a week: on Saturday, Tuesday and Thursday online on the Zoom platform for English-speaking people from 8 pm to 9 pm (Kyiv time).
The language of the trainings is English.
What will these trainings be dedicated to?
Adults with insufficient body flexibility will be able to increase it thanks to my technique, which I present online. Also, this technique allows you to recover from all sorts of injuries - including severe one, if you train properly under my supervision. The main principle of a training is to work with a relaxed body. It is a symbiosis of yoga, stretching and Pilates.
The beginning of the lesson: basics of theory and basics of methodology.
The main part of the lesson: a set of exercises starting with a warming-up.
The end of the lesson: I will answer the questions that students have prepared during the lesson. The duration of one lesson is 60 minutes
