I invite you to my exclusive three-day online training on the development of abilities and flexibility of the body.
It will take place on April 5-7 online on the Zoom platform for residents of France and all comers, daily from 20.00 to 21.00 (Kiev time).
The language of the training is English, with a consistent translation into French.
Why will this training be dedicated?
Adults with insufficient body flexibility will be able to increase it thanks to my technique, which I present online. Also, this technique allows you to recover from all sorts of injuries - severe and not very, if you train properly under my supervision. The main principle of training is to work with a relaxed body. It is a symbiosis of yoga, stretching, Pilates,
which are intertwined into one whole.
Training program
Day 1: theory and basics of methodology, a short excursion with exercises.
Day 2: repetition of the basic principles of the theory and the practical part - warm-up.
Day 3: performing the basic exercises of this complex.
